what kind of wheels, have you washed with anything new lately/new carwash, do you live in areas with lots of salt/are you driving in it, and not cleaning your wheels?

Chemicals on aftermarket wheels is a big NO-NO. Only thing you can do now is have them refinished, usually isn't that cheap though.
