HA!.... If you bought it from me I would have installed and insured that you have the latest Maps installed properly and also provide support after the sale...

Good Luck....TONS of V3 guys on the boards...Also budget extra time if your car has never had a piggyback on it as the connectors and fitting are a bit tighter if never removed.

And if Mach III is only charging $100, it's totally worth it, also you can watch them as one day you will have to take off the V3 for service, and having to rely on someone to do this can be a pain.

P.S. The video that Vishnu has on YouTube is VERY helpful...Just take your time and do it yourself.

+1
I've seen kids install the pin out tunes, this one is a walk in the park compared.
I'm sure you can do it yourself.

+10000

One of the installs I did the other night was the Rev1 I sold on a completely stock E90. I took my time and explained everything I did to the owner so that he would be at least somewhat acquainted/familiar with the process... and it still only took about 45 minutes.

IMO, if you're intending on removing your tune for services etc, you need to be familiar with the process and able to do it yourself. It is so simple and straight forward that you shouldn't ever have to pay someone to do this for you.
