i've only had my car a few weeks, and have only taken it to the BMW Gallery in Norwood. I had to have my radio updated to play MP3's and have a few other things checked out. They seemed very friendly, especially when i started having them check all kinds of things, my headlights didn't seem aligned properly, not receiving good reception, wanted my angel's on during DRL, and they even gave me a brand new key fob cuz my BMW logo was all scuffed up
So far so good on the service front, they fixed everything & explained to me what they did, alot more than i can say about other service places i've been to with past vehicles |

Have Taken mine to BMW of Peabody, Ira and Bill Dodge. I'm extremely happy with Bill Dodge, I know the shop foreman, and he is THE ONLY person there who touches my car, Peabody is very punctual, and Ira fucked up my paint job when they fixed the ding they put in my door, and I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get it detailed out. And it still looks like crap.

i bought my car from HC and i live a few miles from them, but the first time I took it there for squeaks and rattles they poked around and did nothing.
I then took it to Norwood for a leaking windshield washer pump - that was very well done. So I thought.. let me bring it back for the squeaks, squealing and knocking brakes... unfortunately they poked around and just told me the knocking and squealing brakes are normal (yeah right) my last service was with HC - i brought it in because the low oil light came on, hoping to maybe pretend stupid and get a free qt of oil. i didnt even have to do anything, the guy knew exactly what i was hoping to get summer is coming and I need to get the knocking and squealing brakes fixed.... I may give HC another chance since it's very convenient. |

Only had experience with Peabody, and they are good about getting stuff fixed and getting to the bottom of the problem.
My experience with HC through their Braintree body shop was so poor that I will not go back to HC for the rest of my life.

I gave HC two chances, once with the sale of my car and again with service (replacing a tire) and they dicked me around with both, so I won't be going there again even though they are the closest dealership.
I've gone to the Gallery in Norwood on a few occasions and they are always very professional and courteous, plus the dealership is very spacious and nicely laid out so nothing there ever seems rushed. When we brought my girlfriend's old E46 in for service they even gave us a loaner we didn't ask for (but they were probably having a slow day!). |

I have been going to Tischer in Nashua for a while and all has been good for me there - I had my tires changed at Peabody because they are close (at the Centenial drive location) and they where really good and fairly quick. When I got home I noticed that one of my old 189's that I took the tires off was brand spanking new (rest only had 800 miles on them, but them must have scratched one when unmounting my tires and replaced it without even telling me, so good by me!)
