V3, I just wrote a review if you care to read it. I had both, but the AA processor was a while ago. I also went with the AA processor just because AA's background in tuning, I do also have their BOV and it's very nice quality.
When JB/Vishnu came out with their plug and play wire harnesses... they lost all interest I think and never was on game with them, ever since. I know they still help out their customers still, but if they came out with something newer, I would bet people would still buy it. Active has a great name in the community, but not sure why they didn't follow suit? Maybe an Active REP can chime in, because I like active products. I was forced to sell, because I didn't hear any new updates or anything. People were also claiming limps, so I think people turned their heads. Who knows, they may have something up their selves ![]() V3 is raw power from every angle, take a look at V3 or Juice Box. If you want something with a simple easier design make sure your get the PLUG AND PLAY version, no reason to be messing with tons of wires.

Well on the used market, V3 REV I's and AA Processors can be had for pennies on the dollar.
So if these are your two choices, run with the V3 as it will be easier to install, as I recall the AA is a pinout deal...PITA. Also the AA is an considered an older gen Tune manipulatling fewer parameters. I mean...it's like comparing the Playstation 1 to an Xbox360...I mean both are fun, but the 360 has so much more potential in regards to technology and how the "fun" is applied... I guess you could also compare an old worn out 45 year old stripper to a hot 22 year old one...both CAN be fun...but really???? G: |

With so many PROcede Rev.1 users updating to Rev.2, you can find Rev.1s in the used section for cheap. And there is nothing "outdated" about rev.1. Still the most developed tuning system currently available for the car. For the $400-500 that people are asking for them, they can be considered a steal

lol no. You live in FL tho, so active is right by you... I'm sure they can do the install for you and write you a custom map, maybe?
I would def go with V3, for the easier install (self) and updated maps, constantly.

PROcede v3.2 without a single doubt, even if you live in Miami and are close to AA. The reason is that the AA Processor is still the older style piggyback box; it simply cannot do what the PROcede v3.2 can do. The PROcede v3.2 is far superior in so many ways, including true PnP install, software updates, user-defined controls/tweaking, and of course, how the PROcede v3.2 actually works (and what it can control) vs. how the AA Processor works. Do the research if you don't believe us, but you'll come to the same conclusion in the end. G/L.
![]() btw -- the PROcede v3.2 is so easy to install that you can do it yourself in 20 min., even if you're not that comfortable under the hood. The worse case scenario is that you can get another local PROcede v3.2 owner to help you out (or pay him) with the install. ![]()

You can upload new maps to the AA processor. It literally plugs directly into a computer via USB, and then you run the AEM software. However, I'm not sure of the difference between the AA maps and the Vishnu maps. I have the AA and I like it. I am looking for more power, and some of the AA maps say you need exhaust, downpipes, etc. I'm not sure of the effects of downloading and using the racing maps without having the additions the website says you need. i have an email out to AA to get an answer.
