Window Trim

Hello, Just picked up a 320d M-Sport Coupe, Black, 19" M-Light, leather, nav etc. Pre-registered, 30 miles on the clock for some good money!

First time owning a BMW, been in the VAG world for along time..

Love the car, all feels a little tight at the moment but assume this will improve over time, 4th gear is a pig!

Just one quick question for ya, the window trim seems to in parts have an 'oily' appearance? Thats the only way i can describe it! The car was SupaGarded before I picked it up dunno if the trim has had a bad reaction to the wax/polish etc. they have put on!b

Only appears oily, nothing happens when wiping with your finger. Don't really want to have ago at it with any wax etc. and make it worse! I have seen an e46 coupe before with a similar thing, but it was the whole trim!!!!!..

I get the same thing, Its watermarks. I find the best way to remove it is with some car pollish. Be careful not to get any on the rubbers
