I got RR downpipes and RR midpipes and some Remus Quad mufflers.

DPs are on the way , so is the new CF diffuser , when these arrives I start my work installing DPs and see how alignment is with the rest of the exhaust.

Now its not aligned , had a exhaust guy take a look at it.

- OEM midpipe section need to be a little more towards the front

- RR midpipes needs to point a little more upwards

- Mufflers need to go further in under the car , sticking a little bit to far out

To achieve this , some adjustments to the DPs when then get installed , this should allow midpipes to point in a align direction -> OEM midpipe section .
Also when RR midpipes ane OEM midpipes are aligned , it is easier to move OEM midpipe further towards RR midpipes so they seat further into the connecting sleve. This making midpipe suspension hanging in correct position.

The end of OEM midpipe needs to be cut some to get the mufflers further back also , now muffler tips will go further in under the car , maybe also move tips a little more up , closing some of the gap between tips and diffuser.

Isn`t suspension on rear of mufflers done opposite ? the OEM suspension.

probably to align them tell the exahust shop to heat the brackets on the actual mufflers and bend it to the correct level where it will hang....heat and and hold it there till the metal cools and it will remain at that fixed height...thats what I had to do to make it totallly even

As far as i remember from my quad exhausts installation...
There are 2 "hangers" on each side on the rear of the car (inside from the rear bumper). The first ones are for the stock exhaust mounting (rubber mountings are located there) and the second ones are located a bit higher and they used (i think) to stabilize the stock bumper.

As your exhaust seems to be hanging pretty low its seems that you need to remove the rubber mountings and use them on upper "hangers" (which remain useless after teh installation of Mtech bumper). This is the way to mount your mufflers properly.

Again, its been two years since I installed the quads so I'm not quite remember , but I certainly remember that we used different mounting positions from the stock mufflers.

Have a look one more time and you will possibly locate the "hangers" I'm talking about.

Yes , I know which one you talk about .

Its 2 rods that are welded together then onto the frame holding the bumper.

The lower one is for muffler and the 1" higher one is the one I had to bend away to get room for the mufflers. Since I will no longer be needing that one , it can be used to hang the rubber suspension on.

I was thinking the same thing when I looked at it.

But I will have to wait for the CF diffuser from Adamaster , see how much it will need to be lifted then.

But it will be a stop now , going for work , back in 2 weeks. Then DPs and CF diffuser will lay waiting for me....

What I used to connect midpipes to rest of OEM midpipe section , these have flexible diameter and are easy to work with , also cheap less than 10$
