How do i turn the beetches volume down? I feel like my speakers are about to pop

Use the volume knob or the steering wheel volume adjustment while she is speaking.

Just as an FYI the system will remember the previous volume level for each audio source, navi, bluetooth etc... independently. So you will need to adjust each one to your own comfort level.
