Should I have waited for LED's? (Bimmian)

Ok, I literally ordered my interior xenon’s yesterday from Bimmian.com and today I was on their site and clicked on their link to their ad in Bimmer Magazine and see on the left side of the ad is Interior xenon LED edition. I have read some post that the interior xenon’s are dimmer than the stock bulbs. Will these LED be brighter then the xenon’s that I just ordered?

http://www.bimmian.com/elements/page...erad-may05.htm

Also I can't find them on the site, if you click on the LED edition picture it takes you to the xenon's I just ordered.

Are they not out yet? Should I send back my xenon bulbs when I get them? Price is not a major issue, so I don't care if they are more expensive!

I know someone who works at bimmian.com posts here, so I hope you can help.

Thanks

If I were you, I'd send them back, my friend has interior xenons in his CTS, and they'e not that bright for lighting. If I were you, just buy LEDs and replace the bulbs with LEDs, you don't need some brand name "Interior Xenon" leds or bulbs, to get the color/brightness. Just find the right type of LEDs. I'll look into it, because I'm looking to purchase these too.

Edit: Bimmian even indicates there festoon LEDs. I would do some more research and ask around, but I'm pretty sure this is right:

Scroll down to 4410 LED Festoon, 44x10mm, you can get them in whatever color you want, they're about $4.75 an LED.

If you want to see the color of white check this out:

And put your mouse over the white, thats pretty much Xenon color right there.

thanks

I already installed them, you were right they are much dimmer than the stock lights, I love the color though, I have read that the LED's would stay on all the time (not as bright as if they were turned on) but their is always energy running through them and that keeps them partial on? is this true? (it is in my friends new GTI, he relplaced them with LED's and they are always on)
Also If you do decide to buy the LED's from that site you mentioned I would love to know which bulbs were the right ones and how well the service is. (the site looks a little "iffy") Keep in touch and let me know.

Thanks man
