Im moving back to SoCal where I wont be needing my winter setup. I just put a set of Dunlop Winter Sport 3D on in Janurary. Also includes TPMS. Tires have just over 500 miles on them.

Is the tire size 225/45 17r are the wheels 17x8 with 34 offset?

Yes according to the specs they are.
