Smile OPINION NEEDED-- FMIC or Catless DP first....and why?

I know both these upgrades are well worthy but I only have the funds for 1 of them ATM.

Which would you choose first? AR Catless DP or Helix FMIC?
I live in West Coast of Canada and it doesnt get too hot here in the summer,
max would be around ~31 degrees on track days. So oil temps never hit over ~133C (~278F)

I do track (road course) my car but am not sure if it would be better to go for the FMIC first or the DP?
I've only limped once so far at the track and this may be because i was down to 1/4 tank of gas...

The DP would make daily driving much more enjoyable (sound and quick turbo spool) but the fmic will help with holding boost under hard driving at the track...

What would you get first? CATLESS DP or FMIC

*I have 2nd cat deletes with Bastuck exhaust and DCI and tune...

in your situation, i think DP might give you a little more benefits but the Helix price cant be beat

IMO, the FMIC may allow the turbos to boost less for same power! Air temperature rise will be kept in check. So, personally I'd go with IC first, and I am.

LOL! I've limped due to gas issues too. If you drop below 1/3 tank and you have a long sustained turn, your dash will become a christmas tree!

If you are absolutely certain that your oil temps will be kept in check, I'd get the FMIC. However, not sure of your skill level, but as you get better, I gotta imagine you'll start cooking your oil.

You don't have a tune, do you?

IMO, I'd go with a set of catless DPs with the tune, then the FMIC.......

But eventually, both of them should be on your car.

I wouldn't get either since they both increase power which will increase engine temps and send you into limp mode faster.
For track use endurance is key, so you probably should concentrate on improved water and oil cooling.
