Modified clutch valve/ does it solve ?
Does Terry's modified clutch valve solve the lock up in between hard shifting on the 6mt that some of us are getting is that what this is for? And does anyone have a link to how to install if it does. Tks. I hate that lock up and loss of power in between hard shifts.

and to answer your guesting yes it does. Hard shifts/speed shifts and power shifts are quick and crisp with no hesitation in between. Pretty much the way it should have come.

I have been driving stick all my life, my 7th or 8th stick car now... And while the 335 shifter is good, it is not great (especially the 1-2 shift)
I have driven mine car stock and my friend's car also E90 335 with modified CDV back to back many times, and I swear there is no difference what so ever... Save your money Just my $0.02 Flame suit on |

Like so many other things you hear about on E90, it's just placebo imho... you want it to make a difference so you convince yourself that it does once you install it

Mine still has that feeling.
But I just got over it and started mashing the shifter down to make it go in immediately. Quick shifts are less jerky now without the CDV. I can press and release the clutch in an instant and don't have that jolt that would come a split second later when I had the CDV. -scheherazade |

I tried cdv that did not work I love it thought for more direct shifting. V3 fixes this shift lag issue - search shift lag issue. |

This is consistent with my testing also. JB3 1.3 is expected to address this issue as well.

CDV delete helped marginally, its definitely not a night and day difference, at least to me.
