Looking to spend $700-$800 bucks (chew through tires way too much). What is the best handling tire for this price .

I'd go with the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta. That's what I'm throwing on the wheels once they arrive.
Check out the video on youtube regarding these tires. Great tires.

hmm how bout good year eagle f1? they're pretty good as well... might be just slightly above the price range... depends on sizing though.
