Curb Rash Repair | Son Tran > before|after photos

Finally had a chance to meet up with Son Tran
to repair damages to my Morr VS8 -diamond black wheels.
you try to baby your rims but shit happens.

I kick'd my self when I curb'd my rear passenger side wheel and
cursed when I found out, recently my front passenger was curb by ____ bmw dealership...when I took my e90 in for service... (still pissed. that's another story, and unresolved.) __

Anyways, I meet a couple of fellow e90post members where Son Tran was doing some onsite repairs. I showed him my wheels, no hesitation, ands, buts, or ifs. Guy is just pleaseant, "hello, how you doing?" "repair your wheels?" I answer yes and he's work'n on my curb'd wheels. I'm chat'n with my buddy's, my kids in the car playing DS, and Son Tran is repairing both my wheels...in under an hour...WTF! just blink'd my eyes, guys done.

here are some pics:

The guy is great to deal with.
So if you're in Socal and need wheel fix'n.
Highly recommend Son Tran for
any curb rash repairs.
He's real.
Thanks Son.

Good stuff. I know what you mean, you do your best to preserve the wheels. However there are circumstances that are outside of your control sometimes.

I heard from another client of his that it was around $80 or less (per wheel). I'm definitely gonna contact him soon... the lips for my fronts are nasty and pitted

I have an appointment with Son Tran tomorrow morning!! I have a curb rash on my front passenger side wheel. And yes, I cried when it happened.

I glad to hear he's not some mythical figure.

Looks great!

Iv been having trouble finding someone to repair the curb rash on my Hyper Black VMR CSL reps. My understanding is the finish of the wheel is hard to replicate....

Should not be problem. I saw him repair a set of BBS wheels in Diamond Black finish. They looks incredible. Should not be much different for your set.
