Smile BMW Performance Shifter

Does any one know how to change the 325i shifter to the Performance Shifter. Can anyone give me some guides?

Have an icepack and empty cup at your side. Shift into 2nd gear. Hold the shift knob with both hands. Brace your left foot on the dead pedal and your right forearm on the center armrest. Grunt and pull up on the shift knob HARD.

Depending on where you hit yourself in the face you can choose to either apply the icepack or spit out teeth into the empty cup. A true master will avoid this by hovering over the knob and taking the hit in the chest. Cursing is optional, but never discouraged.

Installation consists of lining up the new knob and just pressing down. Surprisingly not even pressing down that hard.

Then, if you're neurotic like me, you can change to the performance wheel and get new shift boots because you feel compelled to match the tiny strip of alcantara.

Lofl, that was amazing! One of the funniest posts I've read in a long time... well done.

Good to see some humor on the board.
