Need Measurements On Jack Pad Adapter

Can anyone answer these questions for me with measurements? I want to make some jack pad adapters, the ones pictures are ECS Tuning. THANKS in advance!
1. Is the height of the adapter and inside the jack pad the same? (Does it fit flush in there?)
2. Is the length of the adapter and inside the jack pad the same? (Does it fit snug or is there some play?)
3. What's the diameter of the adapter jack point?
