installed the jb+ today

the install took about 10 minutes do to the fact that i had to figure out how to use the usb cable to unclamp the tmap.

i just opened up the package and installed it so i assume it was on the medium setting.

first i did some runs from about 20-70 and the car noticeably faster. i have a pre 29.2 car so lag was not an issue before the jb+ but there is even less lag now. also, in these runs, the car pulls much harder than normal in the 5-7k rpm range. i can deff tell that the car is still adapting because my runs got better as i drove the car

then i got on a highway and ran some 65-100 ish runs. these runs were faster than stock but not as noticeably faster like the lower speed runs were. once again, i believe that the car is still adapting so these higher speed runs should get faster in the next couple days.

as of now i am very pleased with the jb+

also, the people at n54tuning have very good customer service and answered all of my emails and pm's within 30 minutes.

edit: just took the car out for some 0-60 runs. the boost comes on smoother and faster and the car is all around faster. with dtc and dsc on, i "chirped" the tires when switching to second. with both dtc and dsc off, i launched at 2500 with a small amount of wheelspin and then also spun the tires when shifting into 2nd.

all in all, its a whole new car. it responds faster, spools faster, and delivers the power more smoothly. i highly recommend the jb+ to those of you like me who want an easy tune.

i will update the thread again next week when i turn up the boost and gtech the cars 0-60 times

just sold my sstt and order thed JB+...hopefully it will be delievered next week. my car feels so slow stock...
