328 e90 with Mpackage?

Howdy folks,

I see that the 335 e90 is now available with M-Package in Canada. Was wondering if anyone knew if the 328 e90 would eventually be available with this package also.

Oh yeah by the way, is there a "black cube" interior trim available or did I dream that up?

I think it's a silver cube for the E90, and I'd imagine BMW Canada would force you go get a 335 in order to order the M sport package. Unless you can special order it on a 328.

talked to my sales guy at the dealer last week, cuz my lease is almost up, and he told me the m-pkg is only available on 335s (e90+e92) for now ONLY!

what he told me was because BMW wants to "test the waters" on the 335's with the m pkg first to see how many people will order it before putting it available for order on 328's, which kind of makes sense i guess...

Not sure?

For the E90 they have it for 335 only currently, maybe they will offer it down the road. If I'm not mistaken the m-package is only available with 535 and not with the 525/528/530 models (don't quote me on this one though!).

As you said M-Package is/was not available on 525/528/530 models.
It's only available on the 535 and the 550 as well...

If i'm not mistaken it only became available on the e46 coupe 325 in the last year of production. So in 2006...

On the 1 series it was only available on the 135i in the past.
Starting this March the MSport package is now available on the 128i.

I would expect BMW to start offering the MSport on the 328i in the future, once sales slow down on the 328i and they need something else to stimulate sales.
