MP 3 Connector
I have an EXACT Sirius radio unit that I would love to use in my car so that I don't need to buy the one from BMW. Questions:
1-I have the sat radio prep in my car-can I use the shark fin antenna to hook up to the Exact? Has anyone done this? looking at the sunglass tray to put the unit into... 2-Need to connect to the MP3 connection in the center armrest; however, only connector provided by Sirius out of unit is with RCA-type connectors into home receivers. Anyone know of a connector that can come out of the Exact unit right into the MP3 jack? Thanks! I used to be an audiophile back in the day...... |

Question 2- you got 2 options (1) buy a 1/8 mini jack to RCA female and connect that to the RCA connector that comes with the home kit. or option (2) buy a 1/8 mini jack to 1/8 mini jack cord..one end plugs in the AUX port in teh car..the other into the line out of ur sirius Xact unit
