The new CTS-V? The monster with 556 HP? w00t!!
Just be careful if you take it on the drag strip. Last time I was there, a guy with a CTS-V (he added a supercharger I think) said his car eats rear diffs. He was on his 3rd or 4th. He indicated it was a pretty common complaint about the CTS-V. That was the older generation, so maybe Caddy has upgraded the diffs on the new beast.

Wow congrats. I have always had a deep interest in the CTS-V, I'm glad people are buying them. It's a much better car than I think most people realize.

Naw, its an 05 with 20k miles, Id love to go to all the meets, these caddy forums suck ass. It hasnt been sunny yet but ill post some pictures when i take them.
I didnt get that great of a deal on the car...i traded my 07 328i with 7k miles on it straight across for this 05 cts with 20k miles. My bmw was the bare bone 328i with heated seats fake leather and a sun roof as the only "options". Im not too worried about gas since work pays .55 a mile :/ ....so i paid 27k for my bmw and my loan was for 29177 (tax etc) and the cts-v loan is 29272 i really really should have gotten the 335i ![]() thanks again guys! maybe bbq my place sometime in the summer! |

i like it more...i like the feel better, the ctsv had the muscle car rumble which was cool but the interior was cheap and dated. the interior on the bmw is clean slightly plain but overall nicely put together. i like that i have some warranty left on the bmw too haha. i just gotta make this bmw look better now, im really diggin your rims, are they ce28n? I actually sold the ctsv after having it for 6months and bought my 2nd g35 which i did quite a bit too but i always wanted the damn 335i so i sold it and got this!
