i am still waiting for my black cc to arrive which i ordered end of feb and we are not approaching the end of march... 1 month went by faster than i thought. riss racing did tell me they will ship out sometime this week though so i hope they keey their word on that
![]() anyway i was looking at the youtube diy install video and noticed we only remove 1 tube modify it with the n54 hosing kit and install is done. my question is, what is this tube for and do? when we lengthen this tube (exit one-->catch can-->exit two) will i be losing boost, etc? lastly my diagram below is correct right? both the original holes will still be used but the wiring is just modified? below is a diagram to illustrate what i am talking about ![]() the pipe im speaking of is at 3:47 of this video:

my question is, what is this tube for and do? when we lengthen this tube (exit one-->catch can-->exit two) will i be losing boost, etc?
lastly my diagram below is correct right? both the original holes will still be used but the wiring is just modified? The "tubes" are vacuum lines. They will "catch" the blow-by and fumes/vapors forced thru the lines ...... in essence they catch the minute amounts of oil being forced thru the lines at the same time. With the lines being forced to channel thru the OCC anything within the lines is also forced intio the can. Because of the weight of the oil it is unable to blow past the OCC once it has entered thereby ........ "being caught" in the can. ![]() You aren't going to lose ANY boost at all. Just be sure you have the clamps for each of the lines going to the OCC securely tightened. Yes, the diagram is correct. ![]() |

I can't beleive your trying to take credit for that drawing - obviously some 3 year old is crying while you take all the cred!
