Got a front plate ticket from a parking pig in Berkeley.

Anyways, want to rent me one so I can get it signed off? Or any suggestions as to a lenient officer or office I can vist, and maybe they'll sign it off if I zip tie that ish.

i bend my plate n put it in the center of my bumper liek the bottom grill area and i got mine sign off haha den when i left i took it off
