No. Edmunds.com value as equipped in "clean" condition (dealer retail) is $31,715.

Ive got over 8k in mods. (The BBS wheels alone are 800 bucks each...)

That's why I thought 34k was a good starting price. I'm open to offers.
Another thread was just posted in where the seller wanted 33.5k for a similar car without NAV and without MODS.

An extended warranty could always be purchased up to the point that the original warranty expires...

Carmax is never good idea when you have "mods" in the car.
They much prefer stock cars so each mod will deduct from their fair value offer.

I've been there done that. I sold my modded Nismo R-Tune Z for 8k more than what Carmax offered me.
I got extra 4k over my payoff from private buyers for all the mods
and got 4k less over my payoff from Carmax offer.

Part out your mods, and then sell the car stock, would make back a lot of your money...
