Some douches in BMWs blew past me

So I was at this police station, and I was minding my own business. Next thing you know, these two douches in BMWs were chasing down the street, and almost ran me over!

Luckily the officer saw me drop my coffee and ran towards me. Fortunate for one of the drivers, the officer only gave out one ticket. Stupid kids giving BMW drivers a bad name...
