330xi ED lease questions/advice please

OK, I've been looking at the nice lease MF on the 330xi, (basically giving you AWD for free vs. the regular 330i), and have almost convinced myself I should lease one doing European Delivery. I've never leased a vehicle before, but have been playing around with the spreadsheets until I am nearsited. Just want to ask a couple of questions and check some assumptions before I talk to the dealer.

Going with AWD so I won't have to worry about possible winter pickup, and won't have to buy winter tires that I will only use for two seasons. Also, 2 years seems best ED value, and shouldn't wear out the tires over this time.

So, some questions:

- First, can I lock in the current MF and place the order for an '06 now?
- Any reason not to expect 0 MF markup on an ED deal (not counting the included .0003 ED markup) , even if it is only about 1k over invoice? My credit is great.
- Any fees besides inception fee that are valid or that might try and get snuck in? (besides title, etc)
- Can I buy extra miles anytime during the lease for .16/mile if I need them, or is this only at the very beginning?
- Any reasons for dealer to be reluctant about MSD's?
- What if dealer doesn't want to budge off of ED MSRP, saying it already has a discount?
- Anyone have trouble when turning their lease car in with the front license plate holes?
- What is the best tactic to approach this deal. Should I just lay out all of the numbers like I have below and say this is the deal I want, lets write it up.
- Why wouldn't a dealer jump on this deal? It doesn't come out of their allocation, and they should make money on it. (Maybe not as much as a regular purchase, but still...)

Oh yeah, one more... what are (if any) the differences insuring a leased vehicle vs. a purchased/financed vehicle?

Many Thanks!
