CF interior trim install help..
I bought a CF interior trim kit the overlay pieces but cant seem to get them to stick onto my existing woor trim..I will say the fitment isnt perfect and the pieces are very rigid but if i can get them to stick for long enough to bind they will stay..I hope...any suggestions would be very helpful at this point?? I have tried using silicone and double sided tape with no avail up to this point
Also, Im looking to buy the larger CF dash trim piece and front and back door pieces if anyone has for sale..overlay or replacement pieces will do?? THX |

sounds rough man.. I hope you can figure it out.. are you removing the existing trim pieces while you put the overlays on or just trying to install the overlays over the trim while its in the car?
If you are installing with it still in the car, I would recommend pulling it out then maybe wrapping a towel/thin piece of wood over the towel (towel so it doesnt scratch and wood for even pressure) around it and using little c clamps apply some decent presure while your adhesive sets.
