Have wood trim, want to switch to a matte CF trim, cheapest way?

I'm guessing the cheapest way to switch would be to get my original wood trim wrapped, is this a DIY type of project?

The cheapest place that I found CF trim was **********s for about $550 i think.

haha I was thinking of how to do this today.

The only problem I see with wrapping my trim in cf is that it won't be able to fit back since cf will make it thicker.

Am I right or how could I do that without that problem?

Here is the link where you can order the CF fabric. The fabric is thin enough that you don't need to do any modification on the trims to fit back.
