i ordered my oil catch can near the end of feb, it is now the end of march. i keep getting next week, next week, and after x2 more weeks of "next week" when can we really expect to see them shipped?

i am really a patient guy but the lack of communication and support is really frustrating and i have officially cracked. not trying to point you guys out but any real eta on the black occ ship dates?

this is the third or fourth post I have seen in the last few days about them taking money and not delivering products..maybe time to call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

+1, No excuse for that kind of business. Sounds like Riss Racing is a collection of tools.

I bought the oil catch can through one of their distributors -- who actually just places the order with them. Granted I received it before you, it still took 2 1/2 weeks. I was told it shipped when it had actually not, never given any clear eta, etc etc etc.. I can post the e-mails. It was frusterating, but looking back now I can laugh at it.

If I was just told, we won't have this for a "x" number of weeks, no harm done. But their distributor telling me it shipped when it had not was comical. Anyone who deals with distribution knows you can create a tracking number and sit on it for weeks w/o actually shipping anything.

Yes. Recieving the tracking number and getting the email "your order has shipped" is pretty annoying when weeks go by and the order has not even been recieved by Fedex. If there is going to be a delay in shipping the product they should just be upfront with it and in the end they will have more satisfied customers.

typical Riss Racing customer service... threads like this pop up all the time, then they come in with some BS excuse like "hey sorry, we were out of the office", and expect everything to be perfect...

man i got a fedex tracking at the end of feb and it hasen't moved , why don't they stock any of their products? i ordered my can from jlevi but since jlevi doesn't make them have to go at the source...

I got the black occ back when they're in stock and got them in less than a week thru wheel-sto...but not sure i'll get anything from RR again.

I bought a polished version from RR about month ago...before I made the order I asked them if they were in stock...it came delivered to me within a week...I have not encountered any of the problems you guys have...Hope you get it soon.

hey adam, you are getting some bad posts, right after i posted all that GOOD info about your OCC. i know you told me they should be in this week or the next, which is fine. my car has 10K miles, another 500 or so won't mater. but it would be nice for you to post why the delay. it think if people know the REAL reason, they will be sympathetic and more likely understand if they are kept in the loop. we are not mushrooms, just folks who have a real passion for their cars, so something like this becomes personal to them.

i believe this should be posted in the turbo section since an OCC is only for turbo models and an on going issue that other turbo owner should know about since they may order an OCC, and need to know this ahead of time

203: Hey guys! All orders will be going out Monday. We are opening a new shop location Friday - Sunday. So we will be unable to ship orders. However we will be sure to get them out Monday! Thank you!

Hey Good news! Riss alerted us that these are coming into stock today or tomorrow so your tracking should start showing progress in the next day or two
