FS 07 E92 Alpine White/Coral Red
New Price...... $32,500 plus documentation fees. This is from the dealer and not negotiable. You have to come in to the dealership to sign paperwork. My new 335 is ordered and I can drive this one through the first week of June. The car also just had it's 2 year service done. This car will now be my daily driver until I turn it in since it is coming off of lease. The car has 11700 miles and I did the first oil and filter change at 3500 miles. The car is a late 4/07 build (in service date of 6/07) with the updated iDrive. Has only been in rain once and took forever to clean! http://ohiobimmers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=628 I am in central Ohio and would prefer someone close to me since the car will need to be purchased through my dealer since the car is leased and will be turned in. Pricing is as follows: $34,500 (or make me an offer) returned to stock but with the front lip on it (it's glued on and is the BMW one), rear spoiler, and clear bra still on. Or, $36,900 for the way the car is today. The car has the following options: Premium package Sport package Heated front seats Nav/iDrive HD radio Aluminum trim All weather mats I have added: The BMW front lower lip and painted reflectors M3 rear lip spoiler Clear bra on mirrors, fog lights, head lights, bumper and hood & fenders Ceramic widow tint Rennart resonated exhaust. Still have the OEM one Velocity V715 19" rims with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS DS (about 5k miles on them) and they have the sensors. OEM wheels have about 4k miles on them and go with the car. Helene Air filter The brake calipers and rotor vents and hats have 1000 degree satin black paint Pics: Last edited by David1; 05-17-2009 at 08:48 AM.. |

To anyone from Canada, this car is not exportable. Please do not ask since it is not possible. I have an agreement that I will not export it. My neighbor just picked up an 09 Porsche 911 and had to sign the same paperwork. The manufacturers are cracking down on exporting. I know it is easier for you guys now but not with this one.

since i was the one who asked about exporting ill post it up here.
i did some research, and it is 100% possible to export it... since your car is a lease, you will have to buy it out, assuming the buyer is from canada and is very confident he is going to purchase the car. this will put the title in your name. now you have sole control of what you do with the car and the buyer can pay you the money and do all the necessary paperwork to take it out of the country. after you have taken sole ownership, bmw can not control what you do with the car. but there is a clause, even if the car is paid in full, someone from canada can not purchase the vehicle until it has been registered for 6 months! |

Yes, it is leased. I turn it in the 1st week of June. It is now 32,500 plus documentation fees! I just ordered my new one and will start returning the car to stock next week.

just wondering, why you're getting another 335? I guess you had 2 year lease?
And will it have CPO since it will be returned and purchase from BMW dealer? Last edited by locus; 05-18-2009 at 11:08 AM.. |

It will not be CPO'd. If there is no buyer for it, my dealer will not keep the car. They have been returning the coupes they get off lease back to BMW. I am just trying to get fellow BMW folks a good deal on it. The residual on this car was almost 35k. Whoever buys it gets the OEM lip (and the spoiler and tint, another 350 out of pocket) to and that was almost 600 bucks that I paid for after the fact that the buyer basically gets for free.
