Guys I rally wanted to retrofit the rear view mirror due to the smaller clown nose and the autodim function, got the retrofit harness from BMW which was about £18 quid and found a autodim mirror or fleabay for £25 quid, tried following the instructions on the retrofit guide which is posted on this site but I cant seem to get the dimming to work the clown nose is working but I think the dimming isnt working i tested it at night and no luck, I am just wondering if I wired it incorrectly.. And do you think I should take it to the dealer and get them to finish it off by probably charge me an hour labour or something. Any help advice will be appretiated.

P.s. I think I could find where to connect the ground wire not sure of the wire is totally nessesary. Thx
