Window locks not working

Hi Guys,

I think my window locks are not working as it should. This is what I did,

1) Switch on the window lock (Green light turns on)
2) roll down the window from passenger side,

The window rolls down. I thought the window must not roll down as I locked the windows and the green light is on.

Does this happens to all of you ?

The window lock only works for the rear windows I think.. It's been so damn long since I've driven my car so I can't remember lol.
