are you talking about the bmw center cap?

just take off the wheel and pop it off from inside..

they are super easy to remove. just use a tiny flat screwdriver (like from a sunglass repair kit) and pop them out. no need to take the wheels off.

+1. It would be pointless to remove the wheels....unless you had something else in mind like new rotors or something like that.

I use a old credit card, and bend one end of it. It takes less then 5 seconds per wheel.
