Its really easy, all you nee is a torque wrench probably. But then again BMW's might be a bit different (or very different?). In my old car I got a shop to do all my pulley's for $60

Yea you need a shop to do it, probably will only take half an hour for whole process, as easy as plug & play.

So you mean all your pulley is manufactured by a simple shop or maybe just an engineer?

Yes, as what I replied to phozenstone, SWAP has completely tested on those BMW cars, they're just launched last winter.

So the only difference is the weight of the actual pulley? Shouldn't they be a different size in order to see any gains?

they arent underdrive pulleys, just lightweight pulleys, so they provide less rotating mass, dont think u would actually feel any power with them tho, but they are a nice looking piece

Undersized sure will help a lot in the horse power n torque but the disadvantage side of doing tat may shorten the engine life span. By lighten it will help the pulley to carried much less burden and achieve certain RPM faster than b4. Also help to achieve some fuel economy. Thanks i think there are nice looking too !!!

how much lighter then stock? wont this cause any kind of vibration?

it shouldn't if its weighted/balanced properly, I'd be very concerned if it wasn't. I mean you've probably seen a person driving on the freeway with a wheel that isn't properly balanced. Imagine what damage could be done if that were the case for something that spins much much faster.

I find it difficult to think that you will gain up to 10% fuel economy gain based on weight.

Do you have the DYNO test sheets to show H/P and Fuel gain?

It's almost 70% lighter than OEM, and these kits are well-balanced to prevent any vibration caused by the crank shaft. These kits was dempered in order to minimize noises and absorb any mild vibration as well.

In theory, losing out more weight mean minimize the burden of the vehicle in the entire rpm range. For Example : Boy A carrying a bag weight 5 kg compare to boy B whose also carry a bag which weight only 1 kg. Who will run faster ?
