Why would you need to roll the fenders if you can get the CSLs in the right offset (assuming you're buying knock-offs since you mentioned 18")? 235 and 265 isn't wide enough with the proper offset to require fender rolling. Unless you're "slammed" then no amount of rolling is going to fix your real problem.

You roll fenders to fit wheels with an offset that sticks it out more from the body. The wheels you are looking at shouldn't need this.

Why would he need to run M3 offsets if he's looking at replicas?

He doesnt need to, but some people buy replicas in more agressive offsets for wider track and more agressive looks. "Proper offset" is in the eye of the beholder. If the OP's goal is to get csl reps and avoid rolling the fenders, then yes, that is perfectly doable with 235/265 tires. Since he didnt mention anything about offset, Im assuming that this is probably the route he wants.

Totally agree with you there!

OP,

If you do decide to go with the proper E90 fitment for your car, then 8.5 +35-40 front with a 235/35/19 and a 9.5" +33 with a 265/30/19 or 275/30/19 would work perfectly. No fender rolling will be required for this setup. On the other hand, if you are looking to run M3 front and rear offsets, fender rolling will definitely need to be done.
