Help m3 bonnet on 335 coupe

Hi guys does anyone know if a m3 coupe bonnet will fit on a 335 coupe,
i have just brought one but my main dealer cant say for sure if it will fit,we looked at the m3 brochure & both bonnets seem to line up in the same places,
both cars are the same platform so i cant see why not !!

You'll need the M3 bumper and headlight brackets as well.

M3 bonnet is longer therefore the new bumper. The stock headlights will be inset too deep and will need to be pushed forward 3/4''.

Could be other requirements as well.

Others have done full conversions and have stated it's a lot of work.

BMW do this to avoid cross pollinisation of parts from M cars
