How is this deal for an 09 E90 335i?

Hello, please help me tell if this is a good deal or not. BTW, this is an ED order.

-09 335i sedan
-Alpine White
-Oyster Leather
-Automatic
-Aluminum Trim
-Premium package
-M-Sport package
-Navigation
-Logic 7
-Heated front Seats
-Ipod/USB adapter
-Anti-Theft
-Destination & Handling

I calculated the ED invoice price to be roughly 46332. The dealer is willing to sell for 46532. So $500 over invoice, seems decent or can I do better??? Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, this is my first BMW...is there any rebates or incentives going on currently that I'm not aware of. I remember a few months back where there was some kind of rebates for buying automatic transmission. Appreciate any inputs.

Oops...correction, dealer is willing to sell for 46832..sorry.

Don't you mean $200 over invoice or are you prices wrong?

I got $500 over invoice on the car in my signature which is almost exactly what you are ordering.

I think $500 over invoice is a good deal for a car that has to be ordered and isn't sitting on a dealers lot.

That's not bad at all for ED... out here in DFW they are offering me invoice + 600 + 700 (freight charge)... the car's located out in west Texas.... and it's been sitting on their lot for a while. =(

awesome, thanks for all the feedbacks. Now I have to finalize if I want oyster leather or chestnut leather.....so hard to decide. Molos...any pics of your alpine white with saddle brown??

I have oyster leather, its beautiful, but gets dirty easily, so
necessary to clean often.
