Water & Air coming into the car through windshield ?!?

Anyone can help with that? (check picture below.)

Water stopped when I taken the car to a glass specialist and told me that there is no need to take the glass off because the silicone he put there (inside the black stripe around the windshield) should fix everything..

But when I am going over 100Km I can hear air sound coming from somewhere around the back mirror...

Any ideas?

take it to the dealer. that should be a warranty fix

If that is the factory glass, then get it to the dealer, NOW.

Yeah it is the factory glass.
Unfortunately I have bought this car from a UK BMW dealer (Approved Used) and exported it to Cyprus..
My waranty is still running but where should I take it here to Cyprus? To the BMW dealer in Cyprus or in any repairshop?

To the BMW dealer in Cyprus. This is a manufacturing defect that's been
there all along apparently. Even if your warranty was out and you had
purchased the car from BMW in planet Mars, they ought to be fixing this
specific issue for free.
