Lower Mesh Grill Question (Hit a bunny :( )

So... I was driving home at night and a bunny ran accross the street and i ended up hitting it... Now my right fog light is out and it broke my mesh grill on the right

#2 ...

My question is, is there an air duct that goes all the way through to the inside of the wheel well? I cant really see right now since its dark and my only flashlight is broken...

And what do you think could have caused the fog to go out? Maybe a connection from the ballast that came loose due to impact?
