Dude, I have the same problem. 2009 335

Cold start, starts quick.

When the car is hot after running around town, start it up, 5-10 second cranks. BT showed about 5 Low fuel rail pressure and fuel pump plausibility codes. CEL is on

Turned the chip to map 0, didnt do it for about 3 days, until this morning when i had a long crank

I called the dealer today for an appt tomorrow. I just finished ripping the JB3 out. They will probably replace the fuel pump. There are a bunch of 09's out there with crappy fuel pumps.

Yep, Exactly the same deal.

I finally got the CEL to come back on.

I think with the JB3 we were needing a lot more fuel pushing the pump a litte harder causing the CEL to come back on so quick.

I started ripping on it yesterday, had a few run ins with some cars on the highway...

Then this morning bright and early, CEL.

So im making an appointment with the dealer.

Im wondering if I should take my intakes off?
