please help me get an address based on a license plate..

i'm trying to file some court papers to a tenant that owes me a significant amount on back rent.. the court needs a valid address.. and the one the tenant left me is a po box that's no longer register under this person.. so i only have a license plate number.. can anyone here help me pull the address info.. ?? any help is greatly appreciated..

btw: i called a couple of lawyers and they said to first get the claim on my favor and they'll help me collect it.. but the court cannot send the court papers bc the address I have is not a valid one..

That guy's car is a lease...You can try to find out from the rental place. Your lawyers should be able to extract these types of info...
