How to adjust dampening on FK's

Installed FK Silverline Plus X's on my ride -- how do I adjust the dampening on both fronts and rears?

I believe FK's use koni shocks if my memory serves right. If that's the case, there should be a post that sticks up from the top of the shock shaft. turn that counter-clockwise to increase rebound dampening. Usually, those shocks come with an separate adjustment knob that you slide over the post that makes the valve easier to turn.

And the fronts can be done via engine bay and moving the k bar out of the way yes? I believe it's called a K bar anyway...
