New pads...early or normal? (and suggestions)

Currently ~23k miles...starting to hear some whistling from my rear pads...

is this early?...and either way, are there any good all round pads I can replace my stock ones with?

thanks in advance

if you drive aggressively with the traction control on that sounds about right.

the stock pads are solid, i personally wouldn't change them. you could go with something like hawk hps to reduce dust.

+1
Keep in mind that some think lost-dust pads trade grip for cleanliness... YMMV.
