good polish?

kind of a off topic type of question, but does anyone know of a good polish or wax that won't damage the paint on my e90?...currently, Ive been using my motorcycle "hp polish/wax/cleaner" seems to work fine....but it is a spray and i don't know if it will damage my car in the long run
