e92 aero kit
I changed my bumper to the rear aero bumper after I got into a car accident. & the body shop just ended up throwing away the bottom black cover & not replacing it. I believe it’s called the center guide? Well here is a pic without any cover under after the aero bumper was installed.... I believe they might have removed two covers because I think there was another one that extends it further down. Does anybody have a 328i e92 that they can take a picture of under, so I can see what’s missing? or even better an e92 328i with a rear aero bumper.
Thank you! as you can see under the aero bumper their are empty screw holes(I circled the two, the second one you can't really see because the picture cut it off slightly), i believe that is where the black cover needs to be. the body shop said I didn't need a cover. I think they are wrong. ![]() Last edited by NateSD; 05-04-2009 at 02:03 AM.. |

There is a cover there originally. You definitely can place the cover but i guess what the bodyshop means by you don't need 1 is because that cover does not cover anything actually, its empty. So i wouldn't be too worried without the cover
