Help! Upgrade Angel Eyes LED's and DRL Operating system

Hello guys.. I am in need of help. I have been searching the threads here and looking at recommendations from other members.

I wanted to install the bright white LED's in my angel eyes, and have read that LUX and PIAA are among the best.. However they are pretty expensive for just being LED's. I was wondering if anybody knew if these one's on ebay were any good?

Also I was looking to modify my Angel eyes to run as my DRL's instead of the halogens.. So far I found these.. and was wondering if anyone has had a prior experience with these? or any recommendatios? Thanks so much!

The RD LEDs (angel eyes) are nice and not expensive....ask the Vendor MF-Design...they'll take care of you
