Forgive me if this has been asked before. I just went through the manual and didn't see anything on it.

I recently changed my angel eye bulbs to GP Thunders. Now, every time I start my car, I get an error that clears after a few seconds.

Since I've only had the car a couple of months I never really noticed until now that my inner headlights light up when the turn signal is turned on. Is this normal? When I start up the car, I notice the left side inner headlight turns itself on and only turns off after I turn the steering wheel. I'm not sure if these two things are related.
