M3 Full Suspension with Koni Double Adjustables

The last piece of the puzzle finally went in today. The toe links were engineered by "Orb" and if all goes well it will go into production soon. Understeer is a thing of the past, the front end just stuck like glue in the corners. The toe link keep the rear end under control during hard acceleration and cornering.

Parts used for the full M3 conversion:

* Koni Double Adjustable Dampers
* Vorshlag camber/caster plates, not completely noise free, but quiet enough for day to day use
* Custom toe links and brackets
* Custom Swift Springs with thrust bearings
* Full M3 front and rear control arm kit, anti roll bars, subframe bushings, and rear control arms.
* M3 front strut tower brace kit
* Hotchkis chassis brace

Noisy is sort of subjective, what bothers me may not bother you. It is only noisy 10% of the time over very sharp bumps.

Kudo's to you for keep pushing development with the suspension set up for these cars . I have fitted the Vorshlag top plates but have no complaints about noise. The M3 upgrade arms i have fitted to the 135i transform the car as well. I like your Brake kit, is that a Stop tech kit? Do you stock them for all models or just 335i? Do they make a BBK for the 135i?

Yes, that is the Stoptech kit. I have them for both the 135i, 335i, and other BMW models.

Twin tube low pressure design, very good street manners, soft and comfortable ride. AST is ahigh pressure mono tube design, better control over sharp bumps and consistant damping without possibility of fade.

Now you've got the M3 handling and the power/torque benefits of forced induction. The complete package! Awesome!

So this setup uses the OEM sways? Would it work with the H&R sports and Koni Yellows?

Sorry if it is a stupid question.

Harold or Orb, I think you should inform everyone what would be required to utilize Swift springs on coilovers we all already have installed like the KW V1,V2,V3.

What "modifications" are required to the spring seat? Would a competent race shop be able to perform this modification.

Is it OK to run a different damper in the rear than in the front? For instance for us XI guys, if we wanted to run one of the dampers available with the M3 camber link?

Yes, you will need Koni yellows for the M3 out back.

OEM M3 bars are used.

It's available now!

All Koni Double Adjustables are in stock along with Swift springs and M3 rear lower camber links.

Is it possible to install the M3 alu camber link without using the custom toe links?

I whould only use rear M3 dampers and springs (KW V3) with the M3 camber link on the 335i. Do I need to swap something else?

What do you think about bilstein PSS10 compared to KW V3? Bilstein in inversed high pressure big stem, kw v3 has small stem...

Yes, you can install M3 lower camber link without the toe links.

You will need the M3 rear dampers when converting to the M3 lower camber links. You will need the correct headlight verticle aim bracket only available through us with the purchase the the lower camber link conversion.

Bilstein gives a much stiffer ride compare to the KW's, not recommended by us.

Harold, hi again and thanks for your quick answer.

Because I live in europe, i whould buy in the states only small and light things.

another question, is it direct bolt the front M3 coilovers (KW or BILSTEIN) on the 335i?
On the top I will use the M3 camber plate, so it will be fine but down will it fit the wheel carrier?

Will the springs of KW V3 M3 coilover be too stiff for 335i E93?

My plan is to use coilover kit for M3 on E93 335i
