I pulled these off of my '06 330i.

H&R Sport Springs - used for 3,000 miles. Boxed up in the original box and ready to ship. SOLD. Cosmetically the springs are hard to tell from new. H&R part #50490. For E90/E92 non Xi 3 series.

Koni FSDs - used for 3,000 miles as well. Boxed up in the original box and ready to ship. SOLD. These are also looking nearly new cosmetically. Koni part # 2100 4036. For E90/E92 non Xi 3 series.

can you tell me what the difference between the FSD and Yellow's are?

Also, which one is better? and are these adjustable?
