Anyone have a wheel and tire I can borrow?

Does anyone have an extra wheel and tire that I could borrow for about a week? It needs to fit the front of a 330i? So a 225/40/18 size wheel/tire.

youll be fine to drive. i had a bubble on my car for a long time nothing happened

+1 I have bubbles on my winter tires and I didn't have any problem over the last two years.
