Question Gas lid broke because of system !!!!!!!!!

ok so i bought a system a couple days ago. i got kicker 12"cvx x2 and a 1000/1 almani amp. it bumps pretty well but it makes a lot of sound in the back. esPECIALLY my gas lid. eventually i went to check out how my gas lid was doing and it's just open and won't close anymore (it doesnt click shut anymore)!!! is there a way to fix the gas lid? and after i get this problem solved, would you rather get a custom 500$ box that may prevent a lot more rattle or just get a dynomat? thanks a lot!

Get dampening and dampen the trunk and rear deck very well. Like Dynamat would get very expensive so u might want to try this stuff http://www.raamaudio.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
heard good things about it

you can prevent rattle buy going to like home depot and getting a spray that foams up then becomes a solid. You fill in all the little sections in ur car that rattle. But i didnt do that because its pretty permanent. But that is a cheap way around it. Also dynamat is only interior noise i believe. but i may be wrong about that

Dynomat will only take care of the interior. You still have to fix whatever is rattling or loose.
