Hello all,
I'm considering doing ED for a 328 sedan. Reading the posts in this forum I have understood that the ED vehicles, during re-delivery, are not 'wrapped' or protected as well as the other vehicles. It sounds like they are less likely to arrive in mint condition. Is there any reason for concern? I have played with the figures I read in other posts in order to figure out what would be a 'reasonable offer' for my future car. Please see below: 328 sedan ED 27,720 metallic paint 430 SP 1,455 Bluetooth 685 Leather 1,320 Logic 7 1,090 Dest & handl 695 Dealer margin 1,250 Total 34,645 Does this seem reasonable? I'm located in Texas, where the market seems to be somewhat less competitive. Thanks for your replies! |

I haven't heard of such things. My car looked great when it got to my dealer, and even better after they detailed it.
and you don't really have to order your car in Texas. For example, I recommend Irv Robinson in Chicago, setup all the paperwork over email or Fedex and come pick up the car and enjoy a nice ride back home. A friend of mine from Austin did a similar thing. The Texas dealers didn't wanna bargain much so he ended up buying with Irv |
